| so i had my first class today at 1 and now i'm just chillin in the SU till my next one at 6... i have a couple of friends in my 1 o'clock so that's good... and i know the teacher  ... it seems like it's gonna be pretty interesting... a few of us went to go get the books today after class but then they left me to be alone for almost 3 hours until my next class, and now i am procrastinating on xanga... my next class is 3 hours of methods and research (a very dry class), my prof i've learned is also very dry... so if anyone has any good ways to commit suicide let me know hahaha... yeah, that wasn't funny, i shouldn't joke about suicide but i'm reeeeeaaaalllllllly not looking forward to this class.....  oh well i just found the book for the boring class for about $56 less than what the co-op was selling it at so that's a good thing.. and i got a week to return the book to the co-op for full price... i can put that $53 towards gas for my road trips to storrs lol....... i can't believe gass is $3 a gallon now!!  !!!!
oh in other gas news... i got hit on today while i was putting gas into my car before heading up to storrs..... first he asked for directions to the birches (a condo place), then he said i looked familiar and asked if i was from around here which got us talking about where we were from and later led to him asking for my number... i thought about it and though 'why not' and gave it to him... he called me probably 5 minutes after getting my number..... i mean we could probably meet each other at a public place and then if i feel uncomfortable i can just make up some excuse to leave and drive away, who knows, maybe i'll end making a new friend...
alright, so i'm getting impatient here... i think i'm going to go outside for a walk before my next class.... lataz gataz!! mwaaa!!!

| soooo... i had my first day at my internship at wtnh today =) today though was mainly just an introduction of nielsen reports... learning the main terms used and how to read the charts, etc... this summer i am going to be looking at the ratings that neilsen sends out and get to analyze who watches what.. demographics and such... very exciting!! or at least for me anyway... so the class i'm taking this summer in order to get credit for this internship has a paper requirement, but i talked the prof into letting me do a video instead  i'm thinking about making a video about why you should advertise with local news stations instead of cable and radio and newspaper... and i'll talk about the ratings of diff counties and the advantages to advertising with local news stations and how you would go about to see when you should put your commercial on the air.. i can do a lot.. and it works very well with what i'm doing there =) i am sooooo f'ing excited!! lol
so anyway.. we're all moved into our new gwich home.. my other classes don't start till next week.. and i still don't have a PAYING job..... *sigh* i need to make some $$.....
in some more fascinating news... this weekend is my walrus's 21st so we're going to be barhopping down gwich ave!! if you're 21 and in the area feel free to come with! (maybe we'll even get to climb the dinosaurs hehe)
i will leave you all with the following question: why are guys so terrified of girls' parents?? (get in touch with me for details on that one...) but please your responses are all welcome i would really like to know that one...

| WHOOOO!!!! the summer is here!! soooooooo glad this semester is over..... stupid social theory prof... he says he was generous in my grades?? he was fucking harsh!!! so we have this paper assignment that's supposed to be on one of the classic theorists' theories... so i did marx's theory on religion... didn't know that i needed to also talk about his theory on class!! we even had to do a little 2 page preview paper in which it was obvious i was not going to talk about class and he said it was ok!! he didn't say "oh don't forget to talk about his theory on class too"!!!!! soooooo pissed off right now....
sorry for the vent.... but i am soooo glad it's all over.. well at least for 2 weeks before my internship at channel 8 news starts!!! =)
yay!! it's summer time!!!!

| I'M 21!!!!!!!
my spring weekend was awesome.... i picked up quite a few guys.... brought one back home even lol
now it's the last week of classes and time to buckle down and pull all nighters and pass my classes!!!
tomorrow's the last day of film genres!!! YAY!!!! lol i HATE that class!!!!
cannot wait for summer!! hope to see everyone this summer!! love you guys!!

| i hate having taken all my gen eds early!! now i just have the 200 levels and i'm taking 5 this semester and they are killing me!!!! i swear my life is like 10 years shorter at least from this semester!!! on top of it i signed up for this promotional video for the ymca in stamford.... no one in our group knows what we're doing.... haha yeah, it's kinda sad... but i've made some good friends in the process... some of the people in my film class(es) are awesome and i love them.... then there are some who are unwanted in the class... the prof even doesn't like him... and of course, i get stuck with him in my group... i feel kinda bad for him cuz he has a funeral to go to this weekend.. but our presentation is tuesday morning and we neeeeed to know our shit and have it be an hour long of not bull shit......  he also has this way of talking where he seems to think he knows everything and me and my other group member as well as everyone in the class hate it b/c he's a student - he doesn't know everything ever about film!! i mean our prof did say we can kick him out of the group if he doesn't meet us.... the only thing is i would feel really bad about doing that to him, but at the same time i would be somewhat relieved... our prof said that if he had sit through an hour of what we did wed night he would kill himself.... so yeah, i'm kinda worried... maybe we can tell him that we need him to hold and pass around the pictures and not to speak..... you think that'll work?? all i haveta say is after this week.... tgit (thank go it's thursday) hopefully i can have a nice relaxing weekend... maybe i can hang out with a specific ca over in sprague... hehe *halo* i have a crush............
